Chicago native, Rachel Stone, made history when she was the first African-American woman to be crowned Mrs. North Dakota International. She worked as a national spokesperson for Sendcaa HeadStart, traveling from state to state to share her story. Determined to fulfill her vow of being a big sister and mentor to others, Rachel created her own empowerment program called “P’s & Q’s Etiquette,” which focuses on teaching leadership skills to youth from all walks of life.
