Aal, a Fargo native and proud North Dakota State University alum, is a seasoned communications professional with a passion for non-profits and the communities they serve. Through outreach, fundraising, and marketing for organizations such as CHARISM, ShareHouse, Boys & Girls Club of the Red River Valley and Better Business Bureau, she has dedicated her career to pulling mission, message and stakeholders together for a better community. She is also currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management.
A Minot native, Tyler holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Mary in Bismarck, N.D. With experience in operations management, sales, small business development, cooperative development, community/economic development, and non-profit management/leadership he offers a broad skill set.
As Director of Cooperative Business Development at Common Enterprise Development Corporation he was instrumental in moving several businesses from conception to launch. Working for the Small Business Development Center, Demars has helped several businesses analyze and improve financial performance.
Tyler’s work has required proficiency in strategic planning, financial analysis, business operations, and communication with a variety of stakeholders.
